My Husband and I had THE BEST TIME IN NEW YORK this past weekend. Our 10th Wedding Anniversary! The Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating from the beginning. We arrived before check in and they gladly stored our bags while we hit the town to check out the sights. Upon returning I requested a room w/a tub at the last minute. They granted our wish! There is one particular staff member that sticks out although they ALL were Awesome. Nady knew EVERYTHING there was to know about New York Directions, what trains to catch etc etc. Everytime I saw Nady she was will to help us..Thanks for making our first time in New York a Memorable one and a place we will bring our kids!

Washington Jefferson Hotel is one of New York's finest!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a short 3 day trip to NYC. We found the location to be very convenient for exploring the city. Close access to the subway system, and walking distance to Central Park, Time Square, MoMA, etc. For the price, the rooms were comfortable and of a good size. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The bed was firm, but not hard. If you stay, eat at B Side pizza just down the road, and get a coffee and breakfast sandwich or pastry at Bibble and Sip just up the street towards Broadway. We actively set out to find great coffee in NYC and Bibble and Sip was near the top (better than Blue Bottle, for example.). We would stay again without hesitation.

Convenient location, helpful staff, well priced

We really enjoyed our stay at the Washington Jefferson Hotel. We love NYC and travel all over the city when we are there - the WJ was a great location (Subway station was close) and the staff were exceptional. The room was a great size, especially for NYC, and the room was very quiet. We were located on the first floor in the back, we never heard any street noise or noise from other guests. We travel to NYC at least once a year and would definitely consider staying here again (along with any of the Triumph Hotels in the city)
